JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES OF II CLASS IN KURNOOL DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of

Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act II of 1974),

the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint the following candidates

mentioned in column (2) of the Table given below at the stations shown against

their names in Column No.(3) thereof as Special Judicial Magistrates of

II Class, Atmakur at Srisailam and Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class

(Excise), Kurnool. The term of appointment for the candidates are for a period

of two (2) years from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they

attain the age of (65) Sixty Five years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated

honorarium of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousands Only) per month in terms of

the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.35, Law (L&LA and Justice, Home.
