NOTIFICATION
The following variation of the Zonal Development Plan of Nunna which was sanctioned in
G.O.Ms.No.676, dated.29.12.2006 is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1)
of Section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act,
2016.
VARIATION
The site measuring to an extent of 40834.23 Sq.Mtrs falls in R.S.No. 175/2A, 2B, 3(P),
188/1A(P), 2A, 2C, 4A(P), 4C(P), 5A2, 192/3C(P), 4, 5(P), 6 of Pathapadu Village & Grama
Panchayat, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District. The boundaries of which are given in the
schedule below, which was earmarked as Agricultural use (14511.13 Sq.Mtrs) & Quarry use
(26323.10 Sq.Mtrs) in the Zonal Development Plan of Nunna sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.676,
dated.29.12.2006 is now designated as Industrial land use (for the purpose of Food Processing
Industry) by variation of change of land use in the revised part proposed land use Map in File
No.CLU/741/2019 and which is available in the office of the Amaravati Metropolitan Region
Development Authority, Vijayawada, subject to the following conditions that;
1.
The change of land use is permitted only for the purpose of setting up the food processing
industry, as applied with GoI, failing which the change of land use permission is deemed
to have been cancelled.

2. The owners/applicants shall be responsible for any damage claimed by anyone on account of
change of land use proposed.
3. The change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.
4. The applicant should obtain the development permission from the competent authority duly
paying the required fee and charges.
5. The applicant shall adhere to the conditions stipulated by the Forest Department vide
Rc.No.764/2020/TO, dt.31.08.2020.
6. Provision of buffer along the existing NSP canal/vagu as per the AP Building Rules issued in
G.O.Ms.No.119 MA&UD(M) Dept., dt.28.03.2017.
7. Compliance of building/layout rules at the time of development permission.
8. Subject to receipt of NOC from Mines Department.
9. The road affected portion shall be handed over to competent authority on free of cost.
10. If the authority notices any difference in calculation of fees/charges, the applicant has to pay
the difference amount at a later date also.
11. Competent authority shall ensure that the provisions mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh
Agriculture Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2006 is adhered to.
12. Any other conditions as may be imposed by Metropolitan Commissioner, Amaravati
Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Vijayawada.
