PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

The following draft amendments to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams

Employees Service Rules, 1989, issued in G.O.Ms.No.1060, Revenue (Endts.l)

Department, Dated the 24^th October, 1989 and published in the Rules supplement

to Part-I Extraordinary of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 26 ^th October, 1989

which are proposed to be made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

Section 106 and sub-section (4) of section 107 read with section 153 of the Andhra

Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act 30

of 1987) are hereby published for the general information in the Andhra Pradesh

Gazette as required under sub-section (1) of Section 153 of the said Act.

Notice is hereby given that the following draft amendments will be taken into

consideration by the Government after expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of its

publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and any objections or suggestions which

may be received from any person with respect thereto within the aforesaid period

may be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections and suggestions

should be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Andhra

Pradesh Secretariat, Amaravathi.
