Smt. M. Jaya Kumari, Office Subordinate who absent to duty is informed that the

Study Certificate and Transfer Certificate submitted to the Collector Krishna by her for

getting appointment on compassionate grounds are proved as fake and manipulated

in the verification of character and antecedents by the police department is violation

appointment under rule 10(a) of AP State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.

ORDER:-

In exercise of powers conferred under Rules 10(b), 12(1) (a) and 17 of

AP State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, and delegation of powers under Rule 10(e)

AP State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the services of Smt. M. Jaya Kumari,

(DOB: 17-03-1987) W/o. Sri Late M. Venkata Rao, Deceased constable expired on

15-02-2013) who was appointed as Office Subordinate on compassionate grounds

vide this office reference No.CB/EC2/621M, Dt:16-06-2017 is here by terminated

from Government service and discharged from duly with effect from 26-12-2018

(date of application of leave) on account of unsatisfactory conduct, such as production

of fake, forged certificates of Transfer Certificate, Study Certificates at the

time of appointment compassionate on grounds as reported by the police authorities

while verification of his character and antecedents as required under service rules.
