ORDER:

In the reference cited, the District Medical and Health Officer, Guntur District

forwarded the proposals in respect of Dr. K. Vaidehi, CAS PHC, Kakumanu, Guntur District

for acceptance of the resignation of Dr. K. Vaidehi, CAS PHC, Kakumanu, Guntur District,

as she has suffering from family, Health problems and also having responsibility to look

after old aged parents and her son who is studying MBBS and tendered resignation to

the post of CAS.

After careful examination of the matter, and keeping in view of the provisions under

Rule 30 of State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996, the Director of Public Health and

Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by

Dr.K.Vaidehi, CAS PHC, Kakumanu, Guntur District for the post of CAS under the

control of DPH & FW AP w.e.f. 31.10.2020 AN.

cannot be considered for reappointment at any reason from the date of her relief on

her resignation.

necessary further action for relief from the present place of working.
