NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 43 read with Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, the

Government hereby permit Dr.N.Murali Krishna, Professor of Psychiatry, Guntur Medical

College, Guntur to retire from Government service voluntarily with effect from

30-11-2020 AN, subject to recovery of Government dues, if any, from his gratuity

and other terminal benefits; and without prejudice to take further action on the disciplinary

cases and judicial cases, if any, that may arise against him, in future.

The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary action

in the matter.
