ORDER:-

In continuation of the orders issued in the G.Os. 1 ^st and 2^nd read above

and in the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture,

A.P., Guntur in the Letter 3^rd read above, Government hereby accord permission to the

following Gazetted Officer of Agriculture Department to retire from Public Service on

the date mentioned against his name, on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years

during the period from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021, without prejudice to the disciplinary

cases / enquiries / audit objections, if any, pending against him and also subject to the

condition that the disciplinary proceedings / enquiries / audit objections, if any, shall

continue against him under Rule 9(2)(c) of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension

Rules, 1980, even after his retirement:
