NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (1) Section 11 read with

sub section (1) of Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991 (Act 4 of 1991)

and as amended subsequently, I, Biswabhusan Harichandan, Chancellor of Rayalaseema

University, Kurnool hereby appoint Prof. A. Ananda Rao, Professor, Computer Science

and Engineering, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapuramu as

Vice Chancellor to Rayalaseema University, Kurnool for a term of three (3) years from

the date of appointment.

This appointment is subject to out come of the W.P.(PIL).No.198 of 2020 of the

Hon’ble High Court of A.P.
