Under sub-section (6) of Section 24 of the Code of Cr.P.C, 1973 (Central

Act.No.2 of 1974) read with Rule 3 of the A.P. Prosecutions Service Rules, 1992,

Sri K.Venkateswarlu, Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor is promoted as Additional

Public Prosecutor Grade-II on temporary basis and posted at Principal Assistant

Sessions Judge Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District.
