NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the

Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act, 1987

(Act No.30/87) as amended by Act No.8/2014 and Act No.31 of 2019 read with

sub­rule (1) of rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious

Institutions & Endowments Appointment of Trustees Rules, 1987, Government hereby

issue Notification inviting applications from the interested persons for constitution of

Trust Board with (11) members and Archaka as Ex-officio member to Sri Uma

Maheswara Swamy Temple, Yaganti (V), Banaganapalli (M), Kurnool

District as prescribed in From I & II Annexed to this Notification.

Name of the Temple: Sri Uma Maheswara Swamy Temple, Yaganti (V),

Banaganapalli (M), Kurnool District.

It is hereby informed that a Board of Trustees will be constituted to the above temple

by the Government, under sub-section (1) of section 15 & 17 of the Andhra Pradesh

Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 as amended

by Act No.8 of 2014 and Act No.31 of 2019 after (20) days from the date of this notification.

Interested persons may send their applications for trusteeship in the prescribed

proforma in Form II within twenty days from the date of this Notification to concerned

Executive Officer of the Temple, who shall verify the antecedents of the applicants and

send his/her report along with the applications to the Spl.Commissioner of

Endowments. The Spl.Commissioner of Endowments in turn shall scrutinize the report

of the Executive Officer and send report to Government.
