APPOINTMENT OF THE COMMISSIONER OF FOOD SAFETY - NOTIFICATION

UNDER SECTION 30 (1) OF FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS ACT, 2006

READ WITH RULE 2.1.1 OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS RULES, 2011.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 30 of the

Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 read with Rule 2.1.1 of the Food Safety and

Standards Rules, 2011 and in supersession of the orders issued in G.O. 2 ^nd read

above, Government hereby notify Sri Katamneni. Bhaskar IAS., the Commissioner,

Health & Family Welfare as the Commissioner of Food Safety for the State of Andhra

Pradesh to exercise the powers and perform the functions under the Food Safety and

Standards Act, 2006 and the Rules & Regulations, 2011 made there under with

immediate effect.
