NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (x) of Rule 9 read with clause (i) of

Rule 25 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991

and G.O.Ms.No.2, General Administration (Service-C) Department, dated 04-01-1999, the

Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby dismiss Sri Talari Pullaiah, VRO, Madhavaram (V),

Peapully (M), Kurnool District from Government service, with immediate effect, in view

of the conviction of the Accused Officer vide Judgment on 29.10.2020 in C.C.No.09/2018

by the Special Judge for Trial of SPE & ACB Cases, Kurnool.
