NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 22-A of

Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

de-notify the lands in Sy.No.283-1B, measuring an extent of Ac.0.23 cents and

Sy.No.964-1 measuring an extent of Ac.2.85 cents of Kanigiri Village and Mandal,

Prakasam District from the list of prohibited properties notified under Section 22-A(1)(e)

of Registration Act, 1908 in Sl.Nos. 4084 to 4087 & 4308 in G.O.Ms.No.198,
