prejudice to the disciplinary cases, pending against him, if any and also subject to

condition that the disciplinary proceedings shall continue to be in force, even after his

retirement under Article 351 (A) of Pension Code Rule 9(2) (a) of the A.P. Revised

Pension Rules 1980.
