NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under schedule-100 of Education Act, 1982

and after careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby accord permission

for change of management of Siddartha Degree College, Regadipalle Road,

Tallaproddatur, R.S. Kondapuram(M), Kadapa District from P.C.Nagi Reddy Educational

Society, Thallaproddutur, R.S.Kondapuram(M), Kadapa District to Sri Hari Educational &

Social Welfare Society, Proddatur, Kadapa District in terms of Rule 14(4) of

G.O.Ms.No.29, Higher Education, dated.05.02.1987 read with G.O.Ms.No.35,

Higher Education Department, Dated: 25.04.2007 subject to the following conditions:-

(a) The taking over Society shall submit detailed proposal as per the application

evolved by the Council, if not already submitted.

(b) The taking over Society shall seek recognition order from APSCHE and affiliation

order from the University concerned.

(c) The taking over Society shall pay corpus fund and fulfill other requirements

as per the guidelines.

The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Mangalagiri,

Guntur District shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
