NOTIFICATION

The Government of India, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion,

Ministry of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi have recommended the introduction

of Self Certification/Third Party Certification instead of Departmental inspections

under all the Labour Laws to improve Ease of Doing Business in the State of

Andhra Pradesh. Accordingly, the State Government have decided to introduce a

scheme of Certification /Third Party Certification under all the Labour Laws in the

State as follows:
