ORDER:

In the reference cited, the District Medical and Health Officer, W.G.District

forwarded the proposals in respect of Dr.Tangirala Rajesh, CAS, PHC, Kirlampudi,

E.G. Dist., for acceptance of the resignation of the individual, as he was provisionally

selected and appointed as Assistant Professor in APME service under rule 10 (a) (i) of

AP State and Subordinate Service Rules and tendered resignation to the post of CAS.

After careful examination of the matter, and keeping in view of the provisions under

Rule 30 of State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996, the Director of Public Health and

Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by

Dr.Tangirala Rajesh, CAS, PHC, Kirlampudi, E. G. Dist. for the post of CAS under the

control of DPH&FW AP from the date of relief.

resignation.

take necessary further action for relief from the present place of working.
