NOTIFICATION
Where as in the G.O.Ms.No.100, MA&UD (G2) Department, Dated:07.02.2020,
orders were issued ratifying the action of the Commissioner & Director of
Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur in having appointed the certain officers as
Special Officers to the newly constituted Municipality and Nagarpanchayats through
his
proceedings
No.16051/2020-D,
datad:25-01-2020
including
Gurajala
Nagarpanchayat. Whereas in the Lr.Roc.No.13021/34/2020/H, dated:25.11 .2020, the
CDMA, AP, Guntur Municipal Commissioner, Gurajala has informed that vide
G.O.Rt.NO.449, dated 07.10.2020 the Assistant Commissioner, Tenali has been
transferred
as
Municipal
Commissioner,
Chilakaluripet
and
no
Assistant
Commissioner is posted in Tenali, hence requested the Government to appoint the
Executive Director, S.C. Corporation, Guntur as Special Officer to Gurajala
Nagarpanchayat in place of Assistant Commissioner, Tenali Municipality.
2. Now, the Government hereby appoint the Executive Director, S.C. Corporation,
Guntur as Special Officer to Gurajala Nagarpanchayat in place of Assistant
Commissioner, Tenali Municipality.
