In pursuance of the orders issued by the Government vide reference 1^st cited, the

following Senior Medical Officers and Medical Officer (Ayur/Homoeo/Unani) of this

department comes under Category III and Category IV of Class B of this department

are to be retired from Government Service on attaining the age of superannuation

(i.e., 60 years) for the year 2021. The details are as shown below:-

NOTIFICATION

i. The Senior Medical Officers and Medical Officers (Ayurveda/ Homoeo/ Unani)

shown in Annexure to this Order retired /will retire from service on the dates

mentioned against their names during the year 2021, on attaining the age of

Superannuation.

ii. The retirements notified in the Annexure enclosed to this proceeding. Are without

prejudice to the disciplinary cases / enquiries / prosecutions, if any pending against

them.

The Unit Officers/ Regional Deputy Directors of this department shall take necessary

action in the matter accordingly.
