No.429/AP/SOU-3/2020:- In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section-13(B) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) , the Election

Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby

directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.429/AP/2014, dated

3^rd September, 2014, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of the Electoral

Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-
