HARBOUR OF VISAKHAPATNAM PORT TRUST AS CUSTOMS AREA FOR

LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS.

In terms of Section 37 of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963, the-VPT Board vide resolution

No. 122/201-20 (in respect of Agenda Item No.S-17 of the meeting No.3 Dt: 04.11.2020) had

resolved to declare WQ-7 & WQ-8 Berths as a proper place for loading & unloading of

“export / import goods” except containers cargo with the boundaries as declared by the

Commissioner of Customs, with an area of 18,788 Sq. Meters, vide Notification

No.02/2020 (CUSTOMS) (NT) (VSP) Dated: 28.10.2020 is as follows:

2. Breadth : 33.5 Mts.

3. Depth : 16.1 Mts.
