JUDGE OF THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH.

New Delhi, Notification No. K.13013/02/2020-US.I, Dated: 31.12. 2020.

From the Registrar General, High Court of A.P., D.O.Lr.No. 415/2020/J.Spl. Section,

Dt: 31.12.2020.

Under Article 219 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby appoints Hon’ble Sri Justice Jitendra Kumar Maheshwari, the Chief Justice of the

High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as the person before whom Hon’ble Shri Justice Joymalya

Bagchi, Judge of the Calcutta High Court on transfer, as Judge of the High Court of

Andhra Pradesh shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation, according to the form

set out for the purpose in the Third Schedule to the Constitution of India, before he

enters upon his office.
