Whereas in the reference 1^st and 2^nd read above the Government have issued

orders for winding up of the defunct Cooperative Joint Farming Societies and also winding up

of others CJFS on the representation of the societies as per provisions of APCS

Act 1964 and Rules in forced.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Whereas the affairs of the Earnapadu Land Colonization Cooperative Society Ltd.,

Q.No.421, Earnapadu (V), Bandi Atmakur (M) Kurnool (Dist) was ordered to wound up

under section 64 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the

Senior Inspector, O/o Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, Nandyal has been appointed as

liquidator of the society under section 65 (1) in the reference 3^rd read above.

Whereas in t he reference 4^th read above the liquidator has submitted final closure

report of the said society and recommended for final closure.

Whereas the liquidator in his report stated that, he was issued letter to the

Ex- President to secured the books and records of the society. He issued a notice under

section 66 with Rule 51 (B) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 to the

creditors and depositors to submit the claim if any, But no claim have been received.

Besides that no amount realized since many effects have been made. He has taken

action as per available final audit report of the society for the year 2018-2019. There

were liabilities worth Rs.81,531.47 and assets worth Rs.78,581.75. Liquidator has been

paid Liquidation fees vide Ch.No. 41171298122020, Dated: 07.10.2020 through

CFMS and Rs.200/-. He has written off by dropping all other assets to be realized and

discharged by dropping all other liabilities.

Whereas duly considering the report of the liquidator I Smt E.Vijaya Kumari,

Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nandyal by virtue of powers conferred in me under

section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 do hereby order for

cancellation of the registration of the Earnapadu Land Colonization Cooperative Society Ltd.,

Q.No.421, Earnapadu (V), Bandi Atmakur (M) Kurnool (Dist) Kurnool Dist and the society shall

ceased to exist as a corporate body from the date of this order.
