NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 22-A of

Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

de-notify the land to an extent of Ac.1.36 cts in Sy.No.325/2B of P.Gudipadu

Village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District from the list of prohibited

properties notified under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 at Sl.No.30285

in G.O.Ms.No.198, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, Dated: 05-05- 2016.
