NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause(s) of section 2 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby declare that, the Police Stations specified in column (4) of the Schedule

appended to this Notification shall cease to be in the jurisdiction of Police Station

Circle and Police Station Sub-Division mentioned in Columns (3) and (2) respectively of

Kurnool District and the Police Stations specified in column (5) shall be part of

jurisdiction of Police Station Circle and Police Station Sub-Division mentioned in

Columns (6) and (7) respectively of Kurnool District.
