CHITTOOR (RAYALASEEMA REGION), KRISHNA, GUNTUR AND PRAKASAM

DISTRICTS (ANDHRA REGION), FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS

BEYOND 15.01.2021.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Arms Act, 1959

(Central Act.No.54 of 1959) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home

Affairs Notification GSR 701 (E), dated: 15.07.2016 and under rule 3 of the Arms

Rules, 2016, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby further extends the ban orders

issued in G.O.Rt.No.660, Home (Arms) Department, dated: 03.07.2020 on carrying

sharp edged weapons of the description contained in the Category V of the

Schedule - I of the Arms Rules, 2016, in the Districts of Kurnool, YSR Kadapa,

Chittoor and Anantapuramu (Rayalaseema Region), Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam

(Andhra Region) for a further period of six months with effect from 15.01.2021.
