NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 147 of the Andhra Pradesh
Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994) and in consultation with
concerned Gram panchayats, the Government hereby transfer the powers and functions
of Gram Panchayat under various sections of the Andhra Pradesh Panchyat Raj
Act, 1994 (AP Act No. 13 of 1994) as specified in Annexure-I to this order, in favour
of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited(APIIC),
in respect of Vikruthamala GP of Yerpedu(M), Jeepalem GP of Renigunta (M) and
Chinna panduru GP of Varadaiah palem(M) in Chittoor District as specified in the
Annexure-II, for systematic and regular maintenance of industrial areas and for
facilitating speedy industrialization in the State by fixing the revenue share in the
ratio of 50:50 between the concerned Gram Panchayat and the Andhra Pradesh
Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited.
