NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (1) Section 11 read with

sub section (1) of Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991 (Act.No.4 of 1991)

and as amended subsequently, I, Biswabhusan Harichandan, Chancellor of

Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University, Srikakulam hereby appoint Prof.Nimma Venkata Rao,

Retired Professor, Faculty of Education, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam as

Vice- Chancellor to Dr.B.R.Ambedkar University, Srikakulam for a term of three (3) years

from the date of appointment.

This appointment is subject to out come of the W.P.(PIL).No.198 of 2020 of the

Hon’ble High Court of A.P.
