NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

ORDER :

In the reference 1^st read above, the Dy. Chief Engineer(construction), DRM Office

Compound, Vijayawada has submitted proposals for acquisition of land to an extent of

Ac.30.59 cts in R.S.Nos.155, 165 etc., in Gollapudi Village of Vijayawada Rural Mandal

for Bye-pass Line with Rail-over-Rail (ROR) flyovers at ends between Mustabada &

Rayanapadu Stations (By­passing Vijayawada-Visakhapatanam Line & Vijayawada-

Kazipet Line in Form-A(1), B, B1 &. B2 in terms of RFCTLARR Rules, 2013 as amended

by Act, 22/2018 as per procedure outlined in Rules framed under G.O.Ms.No.562,

Dtd.13.11.2018.

According to the clause (b) of Sec.10 A. Chapter III A of Amendment Act, 22/2018,

the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 is

exempted for rural infrastructure including with electrification and accordingly notification

in the Andhra Pradesh State Gazette in Form A ( 2) is issued herewith.

The LAO & Sub-Collector, Vijayawada is authorized and directed to Initiate process for

Land Acquisition and submit Form-C proposals as per LARR Amended Act, 2018.

Notification for exemption of chapter lI and III

On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1) to an

extent of Ac.30.59 cts in R.S.Nos.155, 165 etc., in Gollapudi Village of Vijayawada Rural

Mandai for Bye- pass Line with Rail-over-Rail (ROR) flyovers at ends between

Mustabada & Rayanapadu Stations (By-passing Vijayawada-Visakhapatanam Line &

Vijayawada-Kazipet Line, in accordance with the provision contained in Sec.10A of the

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Andhra Pradesh, the Government

hereby in the public interest exempt rural infrastructure including with electrification

from the application of provisions of the chapter-ll and chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also

certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land

required for the said project.
