ORDER :

Where as in the references 1^st read above the Deputy Registrar of Co-op. Societies,

Ongole ordered for wound-up the affairs of The Tangutur Mahila Primary Consumer Coop.

Stores Ltd., Tangutur, Prakasam District under section 64(1) of the Andhra Pradesh

Co-op. Societies Act of 1964 and appointed Smt. J. Sridevi, Senior Inspector, O/o The

Sub-Divisional Co-operative Officer, Ongole as its liquidator. The Liquidator reported

that she has initiated he action to secure the records of the society and ascertain the

whereabouts of the office bearers as well as members of the society and her efforts

are proved in vain.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Whereas in the reference 2^nd cited the liquidator has reported that the General

Body meeting was convened on 04.06.2020 at 11.00 A.M at Primary Agricultural Co-op.

Society, Ltd., Tangutur and no member of the society attended the said General

Body meeting.

Whereas the Liquidator of The Tangutur Mahila Primary Consumer Co-op. Stores

Ltd., Tangutur, J. No. 1012 of Prakasam District has submitted proposals for final closure

of the said society reporting that the details or members, records, assets and liabilities

were not available and requested the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies,

Ongole to final close the society.

Duly considering the report of the liquidator of the said society and in exercise

of the powers delegated to the undersigned under Sec. 68 of Andhra Pradesh Co-op.

Societies Act of 1964. It is here by ordered for final closure of the affairs and cancellation

of The Tangutur Mahila Primary Consumer Co-op. Stores Ltd., Tangutur J.No.1012 of

Prakasam District and the said society shall cease to exist as corporate body from the

date of order.
