ORDER :

Where as in the reference 1^st read above the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Ongole ordered for wound-up the affairs of the Priyadarshini Labour

Contract Co-operative Society Ltd., Chinnaganjam, J.No.780, Prakasam District

Under Section 64(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-op. Societies Act 1964 and

appointed Smt. K. Lalitha Kumari, Senior Inspector, O/o The Sub-Divisional Co-op.

Officer, Chirala, as liquidator. The Liquidator reported that she initiated the action to

secure the records of the society and to ascertain the whereabouts of the office bearers

as well as members of the society and her efforts are proved in vain.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Whereas the liquidator has reported that the General Body meeting was

convened on 05.07.2019...at 11.00 A.M at Chirala PACS Ltd., Chirala, Prakasam

District and the members of the society were not present. The liquidator has reported

that no member is interested to run the society. Hence it was decided to cancel the

Registration of the society and recommended for final closure of the society.

Whereas the Liquidator of the Priyadarshini Labour Contract Co-operative

Society Ltd., Chinaganjam, J.No.780 has submitted proposals in the reference 2^nd cited

for final closer of said society. Duly considering the report of the liquidator of the said

society and in exercise of the powers delegated to the under signed under Sec.68 of

Andhra Pradesh Co-op. Societies Act 1964, it is here by ordered for final closure of the

affairs and cancellation of the registration of the Priyadarshini Labour Contract

Co-operative Society Ltd., Chinnaganjam, J.No. 780, Prakasam District and the said

society shall cease to exist as corporate body from the date of order.
