ORDER :

Where as in the reference 1st read above the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Ongole ordered for wound-up the affairs of the SC ST Labour Contract

Co-operative Society Ltd., Viswas Nagar, Mamidipalem, Ongoie J.No.1132, Prakasam

District Under Section 64(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-op. Societies Act 1964 and appointed

Smt. K. Anuradha, Senior Inspector, O/o The Sub-Divisional Co-op. Officer, Ongoie,

as liquidator. The Liquidator reported that she initiated the action to secure the records

of the society and to ascertain the whereabouts of the office bearers as well as

members of the society and her efforts are proved in vain.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Whereas the liquidator has reported that the General Body meeting was convened

on 07.02.2019. at 11.00 A.M at O/o the Sub-Divisional Co-Operative Officer, Ongoie, Prakasam

District and the members of the society were not present. The liquidator has reported

that no member is interested to run the society. Hence, it was decided to cancel the

Registration of the society and recommended for final closure of the society.

Whereas the Liquidator of the SC ST Labour Contract Co-operative Society Ltd.,

Viswas Nagar, Mamidipalem, Ongoie J. No. 1132 has submitted proposals in the reference

2^nd cited for final closer of Said society. Duly considering the report of the liquidator of

the said society and in exerdse of the powers delegated to the under signed under

Sec. 68 of Andhra Pradesh Co-op. Societies Act 1964, it is here by ordered for final

closure of the affairs and cancellation of the registration of the SC ST Labour Contract

Co-operative Society Ltd., Viswas Nagar, Mamidipalem, Ongoie J. No. 1132, Prakasam

District and the said society shall cease to exist as corporate body from the date of order.
