Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A (1), in accordance

with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of

Andhra Pradesh the Government hereby, in the public interest exempt Development of

Ramayapatnam Port and Establishment of Industrial Hub in Prakasam District

measuring an extent of Ac.4583.17 excluding Forest lands an extent of Ac.45.10 cents from the

application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
