NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 16 (A) of

the Pre-National Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994

and a amended by the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and prevention of

Misuse) Act, 2002 (Central Act 14 of 2003), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby

constitutes the State Supervisory Board for the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
