NOTIFICATION
ORDER No. 799/FSSA/AP/2020-21: In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub- section (1) of Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (Central
Act No. 34 of 2006), the Commissioner of Food Safety, Andhra Pradesh State hereby
appoints the following persons mentioned in the column (2) as Food Safety Officer for the
local area specified in the corresponding entry in the column (3) thereof for the purpose of
carrying out functions/ powers mentioned under the Food Safety and Standards
Act and Rules / Regulations made there under with immediate effect.
