NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 22-A of

Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

de-notify the following lands of Kanigiri Village and Mandal, Prakasam District from

the list of prohibited properties notified under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration

Act, 1908 vide G.O. Ms. No. 198, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, Dated: 05-05-2016.
