ORDER :

In the reference cited, the District Medical and Health Officer, E.G.District forwarded

the proposals in respect of Dr. K. Naveen, CAS, PHC, Mori, E.G.Dist, for acceptance of

the resignation of the individual, as he was provisionally selected and appointed as Civil

Assistant Surgeon Specialist in APVVP, AP, Vijayawada service inder rule 10 (a) (i) of

AP State and Subordinate Service Rules and tendered resignation to the post of CAS.

After careful examination of the matter, and keeping in view of the provisions under

Rule 30 of State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996, the Director of Public Health and

Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by

Dr.K.Naveen, CAS, PHC, Mori, E.G.Dist, for the post of CAS under the control of

DPH&FW AP from the date of relief.

resignation.

necessary further action for relief from the present place of working.
