VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT FROM GOVERNMENT SERVICE.

NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 43 read with Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, Government

hereby permit Dr.DVL Narayana Rao, Professor of General Surgery, Kurnool Medical

College, Kurnool to retire from Government service voluntarily with effect from

28-02-2021 AN, subject to recovery of Government dues, if any, from his gratuity

and other terminal benefits; and without prejudice to take further action on the disciplinary

cases and judicial cases, if any, that may arise against him, in future.

The Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take

necessary action in the matter.
