NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No. 187, Law (L) Department, Dated: 06.12.2000,

Government hereby appoint Sri Althi Srinivas, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor

for the cases under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 on the file of I Additional District &

Sessions Judge Court, Eluru, West Godavari District. The above appointment is for a

period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination

of his service, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/-

(Rupees Forty thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)

Department, Dated: 26.10.2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor

shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the

G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated: 06.12.2000.
