ORDER:

In the G.O. 1^st read above, the Finance (FMU- I&I, Energy) department

issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 352,39,00,000.00/- (Rupees

Three hundred fifty two crore thirty nine lakh only) as additional funds in

relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision

of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the

C.F.Y 2021-22 under the EAP 24x7 Power for all Projects.

In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have accorded administrative

Sanction for an amount of Rs. 352,39,00,000/- (Rupees three hundred ffty two

crore thirty nine lakh only) to APTRANSCO as additional funds in relaxation of

treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by

obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22

towards works undertaken by the APTRANSCO.

In the G.O. 3rd read above, the Finance (FMU- I&I, Energy) department

issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 16,01,54,000.00/- (Rupees

sixteen crore one lakh ffty four thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation

of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds

by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y

2021-22 for implementing the EAP 24x7 Power for All Projects.

After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby cancel the

orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above and hereby accord Administrative Sanction

for an amount of Rs. 243,46,00,000/- (Rupees two hundred forty three crore

forty six lakhs only) to APSPDCL as additional funds in relaxation of treasury

control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining

supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 towards

works undertaken by APSPDCL under the following Head of Account:

The Assistant Secretary to Government & Drawing and Disbursing Officer,

Energy department, A.P.Secretariat shall draw and arrange a cheque obtained in

favour of the APSPDCL in its World Bank Current Accounts.

6.

The Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL shall take necessary

action accordingly and submit the Utilisation Certificate for the amount

sanctioned above.
