DECLARATION OF PROBATION TO THE VILLAGE FISHERIES ASSISTANTS

(VFAS) - INCLUSION OF DEPARTMENTAL TESTS - AMENDMENT TO

THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 1993.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of

Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh

Fisheries Subordinate Service Rules, 1993, issued in G.O.Ms.No.131, AHDD & F

(Fish-I) Department, Dt: 30.06.1993 and as subsequently amended from time to time :-

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules, in rule 9 after clause (f), the following shall be added, namely,-

“(g) Every person appointed by direct recruitment as Village Fisheries Assistant

shall pass Fisheries Departmental Test-I within the period of probation”.
