NOTIFICATION

In the exercise of the powers conferred under Sub section (1) of Section 43 of

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act-2013, Government hereby appoints the Joint Collector (RB&R),

Visakhapatnam as Project Administrator for implementation of R&R Scheme under the

provisions laid down in Act 30/2013 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013) to the Project Displaced

Families of Visakhapatnam Chennai Industrial Corridor, Visakhapatnam.

The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

A.P., Vijayawada and the District Collector, Visakhapatnam shaII take necessary action

in the matter accordingly.
