for YUDH SEVA MEDAL ^(Gallantry) during the republic day ^{2O2O for} his ^{ga-llantry act shown}

as Commanding Oflicer in operational submarine.

Govemment after careful examination hereby accord sanction for Cash award of

RS.1,OO,OOO/- (Rupees. One Lakh OnM to No.O5230-K Commander Vivek Pralash, YSM

presently serving with INS Virbahu, Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam for YUDH SEVA

MEDAL (Gallantry) during the republic day 2Q2Q for his gallantry act shown as Commanding

Ofiicer in operational submarine who hails from Visalakshi Nagar, Visakhapatnam Rural,

Visakhapatnam District, from the available funds during tl:e current frnancial year i.e.,

202r-22.

The expenditure shall be debited to the folLowing Head of Account: '2O7O-Other

Administrative Serrrices M.H.800 -Other Expenditure S.H. (16)-Monetary Assistance to the

recipients of Gallantry Awards 050 - Rewards - 052- Awards"

The DDO, General Administration Department is requested to make necessarJr

arrangements to reallocate the funds from the Head of Account 2070- 8OO- S.H(16) - O5O-

052 operated by the DDO Code No.2700- 17O 1-025 to DDO (Administrative Olficer), OIIice of

the Collector, Visakhapatnam, DDO Code- O2Ol-23O2-Ol5 from the available funds during

the current financial year i.e.,2O2l-22.

The Collector & District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam shall draw and disburse ttre

amount sanctioned in para 2 above to No.05230-K Commander Vivek Prakash, YSM, under

intimation to Government.
