All” programme; and the Managing Director, APSHCL as State Level Nodal Officer

(SLNO) for effective implementation of PMAY (U) Housing for All in the State of

Andhra Pradesh – re-constitution of State Level Appraisal Committee (SLAC) -

NOTIFICATION

In the reference 1^st read above, Government have re-notified the Principal Secretary /

Secretary to Government, Housing Department as State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA); and

the Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Ltd., as State Level Nodal Officer

(SLNO) for effective implementation of Housing For All - PMAY (U) Scheme.

In the reference 2nd read above, Government have issued orders amending the Para-

5(A) of G.O.Ms.No.239, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (UBS)

Department, dated 05.10.2016 with regard to State Level Sanctioning and Monitoring

Committee(SLSMC).

3) Whereas, in the reference 3rd read above, the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State

Housing Corporation Limited has requested to re-constitute the State Level Appraisal

Committee (SLAC).

4) Government, after careful and detailed examination of the facts and circumstances, hereby

re-constitute the State Level Appraisal Committee (SLAC) which shall encompass the
