Read the following:-

1. G.O.Ms.No.26, General Administration (Poll.B) Department, dated.28-O!-2O14.

2. From the Dist. Collector and Magistrate, Guntur District, Rc.No.410/2021-CS, Dt:09.06.202'J..

ORDER:

In the letter 2no read above, the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur has submitted proposal for

sanction of Monetary Grant of Rs.100,000/- to No.16112795 H Hav Harnaath. M of Madras Engineers

Regiment who sustained injury to both eyes with multiple corneal foreign bodies, second degree burns to

both hands due to mine blast while he was working ir': Operation Rakshak (Jammu & Kashmir) which was

treated as Battle Casualty.

2.

The Finance Department have provided budget of Rs.5,00,000/- as token amount under head of

account: "2070-Other Administrative Services M.H.800 -Other Expenditure S.H. (22)-Ex-gratia to deceased

defence personnel 310- - Grants in Aid - 317 - Ex-gratia Payments" for the current financial year 2O2t-21.

The said head of account has no budget control.

Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction for the Cash award of Rs.1,00,000/-

(Rupees One Lakh Only) to No.161-12795 H Hav Harnaath. M of Madras Engineers Regiment who sustained

injury to both eyes with multiple corneal foreign bodies, second degree burns to both hands due to mine

blast while he was working in Operation Rakshak (Jammu & Kashmir) which was treated as Battle Casualty

who hails from Inumella (Village), lpur (Mandal) Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.

The expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account: "2070-Other Administrative

Services M.H.800 -Other Expenditure S.H. (22)-Ex-gratia to deceased defence personnel 310- - Grants in

Aid - 317 - Ex-gratia Payments".

5.

The Drawing and Disbursing Officer Office of the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur requested

to map the above head of account to your DDO Code sc as to submit bill in CFMS.

6.

The Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in

para 3 above to No.16112795 H Hav Harnaath. M under intimation to Government.
