In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 22-A of

Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

de-notify the land situated in Sy.No.225-1A3 to an extent of Ac.0.38 cents of Gonupalli

Village of Rapur Mandal of SPSR Nellore District notified at SI.No.33770 of

G.O.Ms.No.216, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, Dated: 13.05.2016 from the list of

prohibited properties u/s 22-A(1) (e) of Registration Act, 1908.
