In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 22-A of

Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

de-notify the following lands of Chowdavaram (V), Guntur West (M), Guntur District

from the list of prohibited properties notified under Section 22-A (1) (e) of Registration Act,

1908 vide G.O.Ms.No.197, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, Dated: 05-05-2016.
