In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued approving the Job -
Chart of Panchayat Secretary while establishing the Village Secretariat
System in the State.

In
the
G.O.2nd
read
above,
orders
were
issued
according
administrative sanction for One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS) for waiver of
loans taken by the Housing beneficiaries under various Housing Schemes
whose tenure of repayment of loans has expired and still money is due,
subject to certain conditions.
3.
In the reference 3rd read above, the Housing Department have
requested to issue orders duly adding "Act as Registering Authority for
documents related to property upon delegation of powers by the competent
Authority" in the Job Chart of the Panchayat Secretaries.
4.
In the G.O.4th read above, orders were issued appointing the
Panchayat Secretaries /Ward Administrative Secretaries in the State shall as
Sub- Registrars to discharge functions of Sub-Registrar for specific purpose
of registration of documents under "One Time Settlement Scheme" of
Housing Department .
5.
In the circumstance reported supra and in partial modification to the
orders issued in G.O. 1st read above, Government hereby order that the
Panchayat Secretaries shall also "act as Registering Authority for documents
related to property upon delegation of powers by the competent Authority."
6.
The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, AP, Tadepalli
shall take necessary action in the matter.
