ORDER:

Under the 3^rd Proviso to Rule 16 (1) of the All India Service (Death Cum

Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958 and as per the approval of the Competent Authority

conveyed in the reference second read above, Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby grant extension in service of Dr. Sameer Sharma, IAS (1985), Chief Secretary

to Government, who is due to retire from service on 30.11.2021 AN as per the order

issued in the G.O. first read above, for a period of six months beyond 30.11.2021 i.e.

with effect from 01.12.2021 upto 31.05.2022 A.N.

In partial modification of the order issued in the G.O. first read above, it is hereby

notified that Dr. Sameer Sharma, IAS (1985) will retire from service on the afternoon of

31.05.2022.
