NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 43 read with Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, Government

hereby permit Dr. V.A.A. Lakshmi, Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, ACSR

Government Medical College, Nellore to retire from Government service voluntarily

with effect from 30-11-2021 AN, subject to recovery of the amount equal to the increments

stopped to her vide reference 2^nd read above from her Retirement Gratuity and other

terminal benefits and without prejudice to take further action on the disciplinary cases

and judicial cases, if any, that may arise against her, in future.

The Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take

necessary action in the matter.
